- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be in original condition — unused and undamaged
- Custom/personalized orders (like LED name frames) are non-returnable
- Return request must be made via WhatsApp within 7 days
- Damaged items received must be reported with unboxing video proof
- Shipping cost for returns will be bear by the customer
